* I don’t have a PayPal account. How can I pay?

You don’t have to have a PayPal account in order to pay with a credit card.
Simply place the order and continue to pay With PayPal; then click on the line that say
“Don’t Have a PayPal Account" on the bottom right of the page, and you will be transferred to a credit card option, where no PayPal account is needed! Please click on the photo below to see a screen shot:

* I have a voucher but when I try to redeem it, it shows as INVALID.

Please make sure you are on this web page: www.imagineletters.com/deal . If not - you are on the wrong link.

Please go to www.imagineletters.com/deal in order to redeem your voucher.

* How do you ship the orders? do I get a tracking number?

Letter orders are sent with Canada Post and USPS on a regular postage. There is no tracking number.
Frame orders: we use DHL express or Canpar, so it is usually an over night service.

* I didn’t add the word LOVE to my order...

The word LOVE is added automatically to your order. Usually it matches your letters selection: black and White letters will get LOVE in Black and White with a red rose for the O, and sepia or color letters will get Sepia LOVE with Red Rose for the O.


* Can I choose the LOVE letters myself if I have a voucher that include it?

You may add 7 letters of your choice and add another 4 letters that spell the word LOVE.
If our system will see that you have 11 letters that 4 of them is LOVE it will go through. If not, it will add LOVE letters to your order automatically.

* How to redeem a voucher?

The order is done online. First step is to go to: www.imagineletters.com/deal

This is our redemption website, where you can select your letters by clicking on one of the options on the left bar (Classic Letters, NYC, Paris, London etc.).
After that you will need to select your letters and your color choice (Black &White, Sepia Tone or Color). You will need to add the letters to the basket one by one, not necessarily in the word/name order.

The adding to the basket is done by clicking on the little basket icon under each letter.

After you have all the letter in your basket, go to the checkout (right hand side on the top of the page) or the basket link.

Then "select your shipping destination" and continue with the online process. You will be asked to put in your voucher code and your shipping details.
