Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Free Standard Shipping includes only the Continental USA and Canada For orders over $30.00
Speedy 2-Day Delivery: Fees for your order will be calculated at checkout.
Exceptions:
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or Military APOs. Additional fees or shipping restrictions apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Nunavut or Northwest Territories.
Order Processing Time
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, ESN Tools ships all items within two business days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
